About Chad Sundberg
Founded in 2008 as HomeFitRx, I began offering
my training services to clients in-home.
In August of 2009, I became a weekly contributor on the Jason
& A
lexis Show on MyTalk 107.1FM.
In May of 2010, I started presenting TV segments on the FOX9
Morning News: Weekend Edition. In
March of 2011, I became TrainerChad.com LLC, and I continue to
contribute to the FOX9 Morning News: Weekend Edition at 745AM every
other Sunday.
I have had the honor of training local and national celebrities, CEO's & business executives, people working in high stress jobs, retirees, youth athletes, and a pro athlete among others. My approach is to craft the training program to fit the individual needs, issues, and goals of the client. No two people are exactly the same, therefore, no two training programs are exactly the same either.
My professional interest and personal obsession is fat loss and muscle building. As it happens, fat loss and muscle building are closely related. I am a student to these subjects and I experiment with and prove new ideas on myself first before trying them on my clients. Along the way, I have learned that figuring out my nutrition is a lifelong endeavor. I am currently working towards achieving and maintaining a body fat composition of under 10% in preparation for my 2013 personal goal, to compete in 3 natural bodybuilding shows this year and win a pro card.
Here are some images from my first natural
bodybuilding competition, the Northern States Natural Classic in
October 2012, where I placed 1st in Men's Novice Tall and 3rd in
Men's Submasters ...
